Aero Design West Updates for Friday

The team safety briefing will now occur at 12:30 pm PT on Friday. Please have all available team members that are onsite attend this meeting.

The Lockheed Martin Skunk Works Presentation will now be held after scored flying ends on Sunday.
As a reminder, student registration will begin at 8:00 am PT on Friday
Please review the Tech Inspection Schedule for Friday, if your team has not already done so. The link is provided in the post below.

Friday - There will be no meals or food provided to students. Teams will need to eat before arriving onsite or arrange for other meal options.
Saturday - A free lunch option will be provided for students. A lunch menu/schedule will be added to Competition Resources soon.
- Students will pick-up lunch tickets that morning at the SAE/weigh station tent. A notification will be sent out when lunch tickets are available for team pickup.

As a reminder, a Tech Inspection schedule for Friday, April 12th has been posted on Competition Resources. The full inspection schedule can be viewed here.
- This schedule was made to help streamline the tech inspection process.
- Schools were randomly assigned inspection appointments. Teams from the same school were grouped together.
If your team:
- Arrives Early or Late: You can join the general queue to meet with the next available tech inspectors. Teams following the inspection schedule will receive priority.
- Is Required to Make Additional Modifications: You will need to enter the general queue to meet with the tech inspectors again, when they are available.
If a team wishes to participate in a practice flight prior to tech inspection on Friday, they will need approval on the flight line from either the Valley Flyers R/C Club or the Aero Design Air Boss.
No new teams will be taken in for tech inspection after 4:30 PM PT on Friday. Only active inspections will continue at that point. Tech inspection will resume on Saturday.
