Congratulations to the following teams for being recognized in the 2026 MathWorks Simulation Award at SAE Aero Design East for Lakeland, Florida. This award celebrates teams that demonstrated innovative and effective use of MATLAB and Simulink in the design of their aircraft.

• 1st Place – $500

• 2nd Place – $300
  Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering - #058, Team Arcis

• 3rd Place – $200
  UNESP SJBV - #230, Adelphi AeroDesign

Checks and wire payments for these awards will be processed along with the rest of the SAE Aero Design award payments after the West event has concluded.

Please submit a support ticket including your primary team contact name, email address, and a team/group photo for a spotlight social spotlight post. This will also be the contact we reach out to when it is time to process your award check/wire.
