Fast Track Deadline: May 20, 2021
Acknowledgement Document Submission: Each team is now REQUIRED to download the 2021 Registration Process Acknowledgement Template from Series Resources, fill it out, and submit it to your event's 'Acknowledgement Document Submission' location on saeaerodesign.com during the window outlined below. Teams WILL NOT be permitted on-site if they do not submit the Acknowledgement Document. The form will differ slightly from event to event - currently only Arizona's template is available. Louisville's will get posted closer to the event.

Daily Wellness Survey & COVID Waiver
All attendees on-site will be required to complete a daily wellness survey/SAE COVID Waiver and temperature check prior to entering the facility. Site pending, there may two documents to sign at entrance gate. You can find the SAE COVID Waiver within Series Resources. We encourage you to download and print this ahead of time.
