Fast Track Roster: How To
All students and faculty are required to be on their team's roster at www.sae.org by the Fast Track Roster Affiliation deadline. This deadline falls two weeks before each competition. However, there is a great benefit to being on your team’s roster NOW.
Students and faculty who are affiliated to their university and added to their roster will receive a monthly event newsletter: your source to the most up-to-date details, news, and competition related information!
How do I add myself to my roster?
- Log into your account www.sae.org
- Navigate to your event’s homepage. Example: https://www.sae.org/attend/student-events/sae-aero-design-west
- Click the profile tab
- Click your team name
- Click the orange ‘Add New Member’ button
- Fill out required information and 'Save Changes'
Does my faculty advisor need to be on my roster?
Yes, they should also be included on your team roster. Faculty Advisors can apply for a free customer number at www.sae.org. After they apply please email their customer number to collegiatecompetition[email protected] so that CDS staff can affiliate them to your university.
Does my pilot need to be on my roster?
Yes, just like Faculty Advisors, they can apply for a free customer number at www.sae.org. After they apply please email their customer number
to [email protected].
