We recognize that being placed on the waitlist can be discouraging, and we understand your team’s concerns about investing time and effort without a guaranteed spot. Please know that SAE strives to accommodate as many passionate teams as possible at our events.

Waitlists exist primarily due to logistical limitations such as venue capacity, available volunteers, and staffing resources. Over the coming weeks, both the registered team list and the waitlist are expected to fluctuate as some teams may not meet required deadlines. When that happens, spots often become available for waitlisted teams. While a spot cannot be guaranteed, it’s worth noting that in previous seasons, many of our waitlists have fully activated!

To maximize your chances, please ensure that all required documents are submitted on time, and monitor your email closely for any updates or waitlist offers. Please double check your email settings on your Competition website on the Inbox Tab under My Preferences.
