Teams have contacted us about the power limiter requirement listed in the 2022 SAE Aero Design Rules. It has been brought to our attention that there is a mistake in the rules regarding this requirement. The rule reads that micro class must use a 2022 or newer version, but should read, All Micro Class aircraft must use a 2021 or newer version 450-watt power limiter from the official supplier.
