Remember that you have 2 business days to pay your Registration Fee, please refer to the 2026 Registration Resources "Paying a Registration Invoice" link we have shared in our Community Programs Resource Portal.

Find yourself on the waitlist?
Keep your head up, there is still a chance! Waitlisted teams do not have to complete payment until after they secure a spot on the registration list. Please make sure to keep a close eye on your emails, and make sure you are correctly affiliated to your team to receive any important internal communications from SAE!

Waitlisted teams are still required to meet submission deadlines and will only have 24 hours to reply with an acceptance if you are offered a registration spot.
