Payment Deadline is today!

Teams that have registered for 2026 events, your payment deadline is TODAY.

This means that if you have not yet paid, or have not requested a valid payment extension, you are at risk of being removed from your competition!


  1. To access your invoice, log in to your Competition website, navigate to your Team Member menu and click on Registration Dashboard.
  2. From there, navigate to the competition that you wish to print the invoice for and click "Print Invoice"
  3. Follow the instructions to make payment online via credit card, or call the SAE Customer Service number listed on your invoice to pay over the phone.
  4. If you need to pay via PO or wire (international schools only), please submit a ticket with proof of your PO request to your school as an attachment to support.sae.org

Note: If you are currently already in communication with a member of our team regarding your payment status, no further action is required.
