Teams that have registered for 2026 events, your payment deadline is TODAY.
This means that if you have not yet paid, or have not requested a valid payment extension, you are at risk of being removed from your competition!
- To access your invoice, log in to your Competition website, navigate to your Team Member menu and click on Registration Dashboard.
- From there, navigate to the competition that you wish to print the invoice for and click "Print Invoice"
- Follow the instructions to make payment online via credit card, or call the SAE Customer Service number listed on your invoice to pay over the phone.
- If you need to pay via PO or wire (international schools only), please submit a ticket with proof of your PO request to your school as an attachment to support.sae.org
Note: If you are currently already in communication with a member of our team regarding your payment status, no further action is required.
